The Cavaliers shot 51.8% from the floor last night and they played good D holding the Nets to only 39.3% shooting from the floor which explains the ease of the win. The Cavs jumped out to a 35-15 lead in the first quarter and they were never really threatened the rest of the night by the Nets. LeBron James led the way for the Cavs last night with 26 points, 7 rebounds, 14 assists and 3 steals. J.J. Hickson got the start at center again and he was solid with 20 points, 13 rebounds and 2 steals in only 27 minutes on the court. Antwan Jamison was solid last night for the Cavs with 19 points, 9 rebounds and 3 assists. Mo Williams scored 16 points and dished out 6 assists in only 28 minutes on the court. The Cavaliers are now 48-14 on the year.

Cleveland Cavaliers 124, New York Knicks 93

The Cavaliers absolutely destroyed the Knicks last night as they rolled to a 101-59 lead after three quarters before calling off the dogs. LeBron James led the way for the Cavs last night with 22 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists in only 31 minutes. Antwan Jamison also had a solid game for the Cavs last night with 17 points, 12 rebounds and 2 assists in 30 minutes. J.J. Hickson got the start at center for the Cavaliers last night and all he did was score 17 points, grab 9 rebounds, dish out 2 assists and he blocked 2 shots in only 23 minutes on the court. Delonte West (15 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists in 21 minutes) and Anderson Varejao (14 points, 10 rebounds and 2 assists in 16 minutes) really helped the Cavs dominate this game even when the second unit was on the court last night. The Cavaliers are now 47-14 on the season which has them 1.5 games ahead of the Lakers for the best record in the NBA.

The Cavaliers absolutely destroyed the Rockets last night at the Q. The Cavs were bullies in the paint outrebounding the Rockets 53-37 and the Rockets only shot 32.9% from the floor as the Cavs were awesome on D. LeBron James led the way for the Cavaliers last night with 29 points, 5 rebounds, 6 assists and 3 steals in only 29 minutes on the floor. Mo Williams also had a solid game with 20 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Shaquille O’Neal had one of his better games of the year for the Cavs last night with 13 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists in only 22 minutes. The Cavaliers are now 24-8 on the year.

Cleveland Cavaliers 102, Los Angeles Lakers 87

The Cavaliers played a almost perfect game yesterday to thrash the Lakers in L.A. as they shot 54.3% from the floor while holding the Lakers to 36.5% shooting from the floor. Mo Williams led the attack for the Cavs with 28 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists. LeBron James had his usual good game with 26 points, 4 rebounds, 9 assists and 2 steals. Jamario Moon pitched in with 13 points and 1 rebound in 24 minutes off the bench on 6 of 7 shooting from the floor. The Cavaliers are now 23-8 on the year.

Cleveland Cavaliers 117, Sacramento Kings 104 in OT

The Cavaliers outscored the pesky Kings 13-0 in overtime thanks to big Z who dropped 8 points including 2 3-pointers in O.T. LeBron James led the way for the Cavs last night with 34 points, 16 rebounds and 10 assists last night. Mo Williams actually went into the locker-room hurt early in the game but he came back and played 40 minutes in which he scored 27 points, grabbed 1 rebound and he dished out 3 assists. Zydrunas Ilgauskas had by far his best game of the year for the Cavs last night as he finished up with 25 points, 8 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 blocked shot in only 26 minutes on the floor. The Cavaliers are now 22-8 on the year.
