Cleveland Cavaliers’ Delonte West arrested
The Cleveland Cavaliers’ guard Delonte West was arrested Thursday for weapons charges. The 26-year-old was speeding on his motorcycle on a Maryland highway and was pulled over. The officer who pulled him over found three loaded guns on West, including a loaded shotgun he had strapped into a guitar case. The other two weapons were handguns. It is illegal in Maryland to carry concealed weapons and to transport loaded weapons. The question that everyone is asking is: why the hell did he have three loaded guns on him?
West has always had issues with depression and he’s bi-polar which caused him to miss a lot of games last season. That’s part of the reason why Anthony Parker is a Cleveland Cav. NBA guidelines will likely require a 3-7 game suspension at some point this season for West.
