The Cavaliers had a major reach here in selecting 20-year old shooting guard Christian Eyenga with the 30th pick in the NBA Draft. Eyenga is from the basketball hotbed of the Congo in Africa. He played in 25 games in Spain last season and he averaged 13.3 points, 5.1 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game. Eyenga is pretty raw but he has great athletic ability so he will have a chance to develop into something for the Cavs down the road. Still, they should have taken either Sam Young or DeJuan Blair from Pitt with this pick.
