The Cavs have signed 32-year old big man Lorenzen Wright. He will back up for the Cavs at power forward and center in 2008. Wright played in 18 games (1 start) last season with the Hawks and the Kings. In those games Wright averaged 8.9 minutes, 0.8 points, 2.1 rebounds and 0.2 assists per game. Wright won’t likely get much playing time this season for the Cavs but he’s a capable NBA player if needed. Wright has now played in 761 games (445 starts) in his NBA career and he has averaged 24.2 minutes, 8.1 points, 6.5 rebounds and 0.8 assists per game.
