The Cavaliers have signed shooting guard/small forward Tarence Kinsey to a 1-year contract. Kinsey only played in 11 games (0 starts) for the Grizzlies last season and he averaged 8.7 minutes, 3.6 points, 1.1 rebounds and 0.2 assists per game. He left the Grizzlies to play in Turkey most of last season because he was very upset at his lack of playing time. It will be interesting to see how much P.T. is available in Cleveland for Kinsey but he is a talented player and he proved that as a rookie two years ago for the Grizzlies. Kinsey has now played in 59 games (0 starts) in his NBA career and he has averaged 18.0 minutes, 6.9 points, 1.9 rebounds, 0.7 assists and 1.0 steal per game. This was a nice signing for the Cavaliers as Kinsey has a nice upside.
